RETURN  POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, or if it is defective or damaged, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase. Buyer has to pay the shipping fee for the return under all circumstances.

A- After 30 days, LED Electric Wholesale will replace or repair the defective or damaged parts and components based on the guideline within the limited warranty.

B- Merchandise returned free of defects or damages must be returned in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. In addition, LED Electric Wholesale will add a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund or exchange.

C- Credit for the full cost minus shipping and processing fees, where applicable, will be issued to the customer upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

D- In terms of damages or exchanges, we are NOT responsible for labor compensations
